Project: New Zealand Vet Association Conference (NZVA) 2021

Exhibit Group worked closely with the Zoetis team to create an eye-catching stand design concept for the 2020 World Veterinary Association Congress (WVAC2020), however production did not take place as this event was unfortunately cancelled due to a Covid19 lockdown. Fortunately, the 2021 New Zealand Vet Association Conference was able to go ahead, however the Zoetis stand size was a lot smaller for this particular event. Our design team pulled a few key design elements from the original design and created another new attention-grabbing stand concept based on the smaller 4.8m x 3m stand size.

A key component was to draw attention to the stand from all 4 sides within the exhibition hall which we achieved with the overhead tall graphic tower which had branding on all sides and off-set logo lettering (this tower also provided internal storage and a TV panel). Combined with the eye catching graphics on the back wall and double sided left hand wall and branded counters, the stand certainly was eye catching and drew in attendees to visit the stand. The orange Carpet also worked in perfectly with their branding colour to add a seamless flooring element to this Zoetis Stand.
