PROJECT: New Zealand Aged Care Assocation Conference

Active Healthcare supply world-class rehabilitation and home healthcare equipment solutions to Healthcare Providers around the country, and the New Zealand Aged Care Association Conference is a key event for their company which enables their team to showcase products to their industry.

Their marketing and events team approached Exhibit Group looking for a new supplier to build a large Custom Stand for this key event. They were looking for a stand that was not only eye-catching, had extended height, built in TV screens and adequate room to showcase products, but a key element that was also required was their ‘Patient Transferring Ceiling Hoist’ needed to be built into the stand for customer demonstrations which was to be set up in a bedroom environment.

Our design went to work and created a stand concept that ticked all their boxes utilising our Custom Build componentry.  On the right was a room created to mimic a bedroom which had an inbuilt ceiling with lights, and the hoist was built into this ceiling framework. On the right of the stand we created a 3m high back wall with a seamless fabric panel which included a pelmet with inset lights. 2 x large screen TV’s were connected onto the back wall through the fabric panel and also a custom plywood panel was also produced that included their logo symbol which finished off the stand perfectly. 

Our client was very pleased with their impressive new stand and had a very successful event.
