PROJECT: Refresh of Bayleys Event Displays
Bayleys Real Estate is a valued customer of Exhibit Group and have been part of our Display Management Service (DMS) for several years. Our DMS program allows customers to centralise their display and event collateral and enables shared use of these resources across a business or network of franchises. Items are stored and managed within our Auckland central warehouse and DMS customers simply book their items via our online DMS Booking System portal for their upcoming event as required.
Up until recently the Bayleys Marketing team managed and submitted all the DMS Bookings for their wider group, however they were very keen to open up the DMS booking process to all of their branches and franchises around the country. Prior to Bayleys launching to their full network, the Marketing team wanted to refresh and update their existing event collateral to ensure every item was on-brand and fit for purpose so as to reflect their premium market brand. We worked closely with the Bayleys team on specifying product solutions while ensuring that each option was of the highest quality. Exhibit Group then undertook the production of their requirements that consisted of Pull Up Banners, Gazebo’s, Umbrellas, Podium, A-Frames and Flags, which the entire Bayleys network can now utilise for all their individual event requirements. Their new display and event items look fantastic which the Bayleys team can be proud to use when promoting their premium brand.
